Who Am I?
Hey, It's Kyle here. I just want to thank you for visiting my website dedicated to the superhero program and workouts.
I have been an avid weight lifter for the past 10 years and nearly became a personal trainer in college. Not to mention I love seeing my favorite comic book characters on the big screen.
If you're like me, then you've probably tried every workout program on the planet only to wind up frustrated and right where you started. Most of them are a waste of time and money, superhero workouts included.
There is a lot of garbage and misinformation out there about the various superhero workouts and programs. I read it all and most of it is junk. I started this site to finally get you the information and program you're looking for. I hope you're ready to work hard and get the body you've always wanted.
